  12/04/17 Update, received dress today, still needs alteration, wedding in 1 week. Cutting it very close... My daughter ordered her dress 4 months ago and she still has not received it. I am beyond disappointed as the wedding is less than 4 weeks away. I guess I don't have a choice but to contact the Better Business Bureau to report this issue. Every time she has called to follow up they have been extremely rude. The least they should do is refund the money so she can look for another dress at another store, but they have not even offered that option. Worst experience ever!!! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

  I brought my daughter in to look at prom dresses and was truly impressed with their customer service!! They are a family owned store and not a mass volume take a number and stand in line kind of store. They desire to help each client to the ends of the earth!! Eileen even gave us her cell number to give us the opportunity to ask other questions as we plan for this exciting event!! We are planning on bringing her date back for his tux as she even helped us find a perfect match!! We don’t recommend this store if you like to be treated like a number, but RECOMMEND IT IF YOU WANT TO VE TREATED LIKE FAMILY!!! Love them.,,
