We've been waiting on a replacement rail for our daughter's bed for over a month now. Every time we call, same lip service. This rail has been "shipped" from Ohio for 3 weeks...give me a freaking break. I won't shop here ever again because of the lackluster customer service we've received since receiving defective furniture.
